HEART DISEASE -- SUGARS and FATSHEART DISEASE -- SUGARS and FATS

Are evident destructive food sources that can lead to heart disease in future decades, which can potentially begin as early as 35 years old.

The damage to your heart can begin as early as your teen years.

Consumption of sugar related foods and sugary products such as cookies, cakes, sodas, candy, ice cream and packaged foods with sugar as one of the first four ingredients must be avoided. An excess consumption, more than one or two small servings, of grains, especially the white processed foods: white bread, white pastas, white rice, etc. even high temperature cooked foods: breads, cereals, muffins, as well leftover potatoes all convert to sugar.

Fats and Sugars are your heart's enemy and the more fats and sugars consumed the worse or faster the heart disease becomes.

For a healthy heart, animal fats must be avoided or rarely consumed. Animal fats that must be avoided or reduced include all dairy products: milk, cheese, butter, yoghurt, ice-cream and sour-cream. Fatty meats, especially cooked fats are exceptionally dangerous to your heart.

I recall my maternal grandfather sucking the bone marrow from meat but he also consumed the fat, and ate some dairy products thus he experienced serious heart disease, even though he rarely indulged in sweets except for a little ginger ale.

If you or any family member had or has heart disease then you must adhere to a healthy heart dietary program. Eat fish, chicken or turkey - the white meat, wild game such as venison, buffalo and elk are better choices than beef, which rarely should be consumed and never eat pork, this is one of the foods that feeds cancer cells and is not a food for human consumption. If throughout your life, you have indulged in foods high in fats and sugars, then now is an ideal time to alter your dietary habits to assist in reversing potential heart disease.

No one will ever take better care of your body then YOU.

Love yourself. Be wise and proactive change your eating habits. Begin to Heal your Heart Today.

HEART DISEASE - SELF INDUCED

Worse than Dying is Suffering from a serious illnesses that one induces upon their self.

Are you one of the millions of people who has or is about to suffer from some form of heart disease?

Isn't it time to properly care for your health and educate yourself how to prevent Heart Disease or another heart attack?

Cause of Heart Disease Illnesses vs. Healthy Choices

Unhealthy dietary habits: processed bleached grains (void of fiber and nutrients) fatty foods, especially animal based, fried foods, excess usage of salt, low intake of potassium rich foods. Increase potassium foods which are primarily vegetables and fruits, especially the green and dark colored ones.

Unhealthy and Irregular bowel elimination = constipation. Abdominal bloating, insufficient and tight belly area is a sure results of poor diet which leads to unhealthy regular BM's following each meal. When you are eating and drinking correctly for your health your bowel elimination will be healthier.

What is a healthy bowel movement? Bowel movement must be 12-18 inches long, one solid piece NO breaks and one and one-half inches wide, light golden brown in color, odorless and floats to the top of the water. Anything other than that complete description is unhealthy AND you are constipated. Build up of fecal matter, gas and parasites in the intestines becomes older and harder, which forces pressure against other organs thus causing health maladies especially in the heart.Be certain you are consuminig plenty of water and NOT gulping it. Elimination organs need water for healthy function.

Stress - use stress busting techniques and preventative care to maintain a healthier you. Relaxation, massages, meditation, plus administer a high quality of all B vitamins called B complex vitamins. Be sure to take at least two times per day.

Unresolved relationship problems that cause heart ache. Holding a grudges, bitter resentment or anger towards causes numerous health issues to arise especially in the heart "heart ache". Let go and forgive.

Lack of physical conditioning/exercise. Get moving and respect yourself into action by choosing a physical activity you enjoy...even dancing around the house or walks around the neighborhood.

High blood pressure - can be caused by poor diet - excessive salt, sodas, beer, or processed white flour grain foods and fatty or fried foods.
Excess weight/ obesity - caused by poor eating and drinking.

Know your body - Chronobiology - Solar Nutrition and awareness educates you on which of your four organ areas to become most concerned with that treat especially well to maintain quality health. Your birth time is a guiding clue. Example if you were born between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm standard time, your primary organ of concern is the HEART.
