COOKED FOODS DESTROY GOOD HEALTH

SOURCES OF ALUMINUM TOXICITY:


  • beverages from aluminum cans (soda pop, beer, juices.)
    * Antacids
    * food cooked with aluminum utensils or cookware (including Teflon treated pans that are scratched and used.)
    * use of aluminum-containing antacids.
    * use of anti-perspirants (become label conscious, this is the most prominent absorbtion of aluminum.)
    * drinking tap water (aluminum is frequently added to municipal water.)
    * baking powders ( this is found in cookies, cakes and pastries; consider purchasing aluminum-free baking powder from a health food store.)
    * drying agents in salts and other products.
    * processed cheese (consider healthy natural colored and aged cheeses, especially goat cheeses.)
    * bleached flour (chemical agents are used in bleaching flour for breads, pastas, etc.)
    * fluorinated water increases leaching of aluminum from aluminum pots and pans.
    Today children are often born with elevated aluminum that is passed from the mother to fetus through the placenta.

DETECTION OF ALUMINUM TOXICITY


There is debate whether blood testing for aluminum has much value. Blood levels definetly do not indicate total body load of aluminum.
Hair aluminum levels appear to correlate well with bone levels of aluminum. Several hair tests may be needed before aluminum is revealed on the test. This is becasue the aluminum may be tightly bound within body tissues, and several months on a nutrition program may be required to mobilize the aluminum.

 

HOW ALUMINUM AFFECTS HEALTH


Nervous System - in animal studies, aluminum blocks the action potential or electrical discharge of nerve cells, reducing nervous system activity. Aluminum also inhibits important enzymes in the brain (Na-K-ATPase and hexokinase). Aluminum may also inhibit uptake of important chemicals by nerve cells (dopamine, norepinephrine, and 5-hydroxytryptamine).
Behavioral Effects - dementia resulting from kidney dialysis related to aluminum toxicity causes memory loss, loss of coordination, confusion and disorientation.
Digestion System - aluminum reduces intestinal activity, and by doing so can cause colic.

 

POSSIBLE CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ALUMINUM TOXICITY


Early symptoms of aluminum toxicity include: flatulence, headaches, colic, dryness of skin and mucous membranes, tendency for colds, burning pain in head relieved by food, heartburn and an aversion to meat.
Later symptoms include paralytic muscular conditions, loss of memory and mental confusion.

HOW TO MAINTAIN QUALITY NUTRITIONAL HEALTH

There are major important factors towards optimum health and every health care practitioner will have their own theory or belief. From all my studies, research and training, I have reached the conclusion that the following is essential to maintain and improve upon one's overall health.

A daily diet MUST contain:
(1) 70% RAW vegetables, 10% RAW fruits while the balance of 20% will contain cooked veggies and or fruits, animal and fish protein, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, fats, sweets, breads and grains.
(2) A minimum of 64 ounces of distilled spring water and or freshly squeezed vegetable juices. A body that lacks an abundance of raw foods lacks life and enzymes for quality health.
(3) One must NEVER consume beverages while eating food; this diminishes adequate digestion and contributes to gas, IBS, and unhealthy fecal matter.
(4) One MUST thoroughly chew each mouthful of food a minimum of 32 times prior to swallowing; food that is improperly chewed does not offer sufficient nutrients and again contributes to unhealthy digestion, gas, toxins, etc.
(5) Abstain from processed, devitalized, vitamin enriched foods plus those containing artificial ingredients, flavorings, food colorings, additives, chemicals and sugars.
(6) Three reasons to limit and avoid sugars: too much may contribute to memory loss, sweets enhance pain, and the sugars that have been bleached and processed are void of the essential mineral, chromium, that stabilizes blood sugar. A child who consumes sugars on a regular basis will probably be completely chromium deficient by the time they reach their teen years. Did you know that probably every American knowingly or unknowingly is either diabetic or hypoglycemic?
