1/2 cup cold pressed or expeller pressed virgin olive oil (at health food store.)
Blend together and drink in early evening 5-7 pm. Consume for three to seven days, or as necessary.

Formula -
1/2 lemon (sqeezed and juiced.)
1 clove of garlic.
2 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin, cold pressed.)
Blend together in a blender. Drink prior to going to sleep, 7 -10 evenings.

NAUSEA: - Designed to calm digestion and soothe your stomach from the nausea sensation.
Formula: -
Raw Ginger Root (@ market or health store.)
Boiling Water.
Honey - optional.
Place 8 -10 ozs of water in kettle for each cup to be prepared.
1 - 2 Tbsp peeled and sliced Ginger Root.
Bring water to rolling boil, add Ginger Root, lower temperature and steep for twenty minutes. Add honey for additional light flavor.
