Advice from Suzanne Joy Stuart, PhD ND
May be related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a possible response to stress, disease, infection, and injury, lack of sleep or trauma.
Noticeable discomforts include a sensation of burning, shooting pain, stiffness or throbbing. Soreness is generally located in elbows, hips, knees, lower neck region, lumbar back, shoulders or upper thigh muscles.
You may feel anxious, depressed, fatigued or an inability or irregular sleep.
A stressful lifestyle and an unhealthy diet lacking adequate nutrition shall contribute to a tremendous portion of the physical discomfort and pain.
This is one illness that could easily be mistaken for another health issue or pain.
Here we have included a few suggestions to assist in the release of discomfort and pain.
#1 Drink plenty of water, fresh squeezed fruit juices and fresh extracted vegetable juices, such as carrot juice or carrot, beet and cucumber juice combination both are highly beneficial.
#2 Fifty percent (50%) of your daily diet must be RAW vegetables and fruits; add chlorophyll rich foods and drinks.
#3 AVOID red meats, shellfish, brewer's yeast, dairy products, fatty foods, tomatoes, white potatoes, green peppers, eggplant, wheat, white flour products, vinegar (esp. white vinegar) and hydrogenated or saturated oils and fats.
#4 Consume and abundance of green leafy vegetables.
#5 ELIMINATE alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Sugar tends to enhance pain.
#6 Consume four to five small meals per day.
#7 Consider adding Coenzyme Q10 to boost necessary oxygen to your muscle tissues; this can reduce inflammatory chemicals more easily.
#8 Herbal remedies based upon Kinesiology and blood typing: Cayenne, Devils Claw, Ginkgo biloba, Grape seed extract, St John's-Wort, White willow bark. Please certain to administer the correct herb for your body type.
#9 It is imperative you maintain a regular, moderate exercise and stretching program.
#10 Administer specific supplements: vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs etc.
