HOW MUCH WATER Is The CORRECT AMOUNT For YOU?


* Best solution is to consume one-half ounce of water for every pound of body weight.

* Water amount must be divided in quarters: one fourth before breakfast, one fourth between breakfast and lunch, one fourth between lunch and dinner and one fourth between dinner and bed time.

* Never gulp water. Gulping water limits the amount of absorption to a fraction of the amount consumed; thus, you could be gulping a half gallon of water a day and still be dehydrated. Gulped water leaves the body quickly, removing nutrients with it.

* Sip water and slosh around in mouth mixing with saliva for about ten to twelve seconds prior to swallowing. More water will be absorbed in tissues, cells and organs for a healthier body, especially bowel and bladder elimination and skin condition.
